Terms of use
The rules for using My Portfolio Tracker. They add to Apple's standard licence agreement for apps downloaded from the App Store.
Who offers the app
My Portfolio Tracker is developed by Marco Cotrufo, a private individual. Contact: info@devncode.it.
What it does, and what it doesn't
The app is a tool to record your investments: you enter accounts and transactions, and it works out value, returns, exposure and how many shares to buy to follow the allocation you chose.
The app is not a financial intermediary. It places no orders, holds no money or securities, connects to no bank or broker and gives no advice.
Not financial advice
The app's calculations are arithmetic on the data you enter and the targets you choose. They don't tell you what to buy or sell. Investment decisions are yours: if you need advice, ask a licensed adviser.
Prices and calculations
Prices come from market data providers, update several times a day and are indicative: they can be late, missing or wrong. Before you buy or sell, your broker's price is the one that counts. The calculations depend on the data you enter: check it.
Your account
- An account belongs to one person. Keep your sign-in safe.
- You are responsible for the data you enter.
- You can export your data and delete your account whenever you like, from the app. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Don't use the app to attack the service, to reach other people's data or to upload files that aren't yours, and don't flood it with automated requests. We may suspend an account that does.
Price
The app is free today. If some features ever become paid, we will tell you first, and nothing will be charged without your consent.
Availability
We do our best to keep the app working, but the service can stop for maintenance or failures, and features can change.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from investment decisions made with the app, or for inaccurate prices or calculations. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights consumer law gives you.
Changes
If these terms change, we update this page and the date below, and we tell you in the app about important changes.
Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts where you live remain competent.
